Description- Rai is a ninja. He's 5'8". He has short & spiky black hair. His eyes change colors at will depending on his mood & tells what element he's going to use (red=anger/fire, blue=cool/water/ice, green=envious/wind, brown=adventurous/earth, white=happy/light/electricity, purple=evil/darkness). 1 eye can be 1 color while the other eye can be a different color. He wears typical ninja clothes that color-change to match his eyes. He has normal skin color.

Weapons/Abilities- He uses elemental kunais, shurikens, and swords. His kunais & shurikens can explode. He uses ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu. He has super sharp senses & can summon creatures. He can control and manipulate earth, fire, wind, water, light, and darkness. Each element he controls comes with its own special weapon made only for that element and increases a certain stat. Water increases Rai's defense strength and allows him to use a shield that can deflect an enemy's attack back at him/her. Earth also increases Rai's defense strength and comes with armor that shields Rai from harm. Darkness increases Rai's attack strength and allows Rai to wield a double-edged sword which has the aura and power of darkness. Fire also increases Rai's attack strength and allows Rai to wield tonfas which combust into different colored flames. Wind increases Rai's speed and allows him to utilize a boomerang that can create tornadoes. Light also increases Rai's speed and allows him to utilize a bow and elemental arrows. His weakness is that he's completely vulnerable when he regains his chakra and his summonings take up a lot of chakra.

Personality-He's 1 of Mai's BFFs!!! He loves hanging out with Mai. He's very nice, friendly, and determined. He loves ramen & being active! He's a lover & not a fighter but will fight for the ones he loves. He likes to practice his ninja skillz!

Background-Rai was born & raised in the Fushichouhana village. His elemental eyes came from his bloodline. Rai was always the strongest and best ninja in his academy. He always trained very hard to master the elements. Whether he meditated under a giant waterfall created by melted snow, ran in the direction a strong wind had blown, burned himself from touching lava, sparred big boulders, stared directly at the sun, or stood alone in pitch black darkness, he did whatever it took to gain complete control over the elements. Rai now travels the world in order to hone and improve his skills, hoping that someday he can get revenge on the village that destroyed his homeland. On his journey, he went to Vahnz & that's how he met Mai. They became BFFs because their names rhymed!

I need consent from FinalMai on some of the claims made here. I had to edit out the crush, as far as our characters are concerned they just met Rai.

Overall it lacked depth, and he still seems a tad unbalanced. but you followed the template guidlines so for now
