Description- Kisuke has a tall lean but muscular build, and is approximately 6'2". He looks much like an elf minus the pointy ears, immortality and various other things. He has spiky silvery-black hair that reach down to about the base of his neck. He has deep mesmerizing eyes that range between 3 colors gray, violet, and blue. When he becomes enraged his eyes become a fierce blood red and his pupils become slits. He is supposedly human except for the fact he can transform into a dragon. His skin color resembles that of a really pale suntan. He wears tight fitting clothes like ones an assassin would wear, he is normally wearing a black cloak that covers his entire body.
Weapons/Abilities- Kisuke always carries a pair of katanas positioned on opposite sides on his waist. The hilts of the katanas can sometimes be seen sticking out of his cloak.
He is also adept in using all forms of swords. Kisuke can control and manipulate ice and water, being able to conjure anything between a stick to a summoning. He can also transform into a dragon or parts of his body. His dragon form's prominent feature are the blood red eyes. He can still use ice and water after transforming and instead of breathing fire he can crystallize things. His dragon abilities is also what gives him superhuman strength. He can reach a "Berserker" state where his strength is increased ten-fold. His berserker mode however causes rapid muscle deterioration being the most severe case was him losing control of all motor functions in his arms and legs. His emotions sometimes gets the better of him and clouds his judgment. He also has a vast knowledge of medical practices and medcines
Personality- Kisuke is a serious and cold appearing person, but will show compassion and kindness when needed. He obtained his cold emotionless appearance after his mother died from a terminal illness. HE respects everyone and in return is respected. He battles with honor and will not attack an unarmed person or if they are unwilling to fight. He is normally a calm collected person but when he becomes angry, he's quick to judge and quick to react and take action. This will cause him to attack anyone he sees as an enemy. In battle he can become a ruthless fighter with no regard for honor when his rage has reached a level where he can no longer control it. He never shows it but he is easily annoyed by his sister's barrage of questions. He is also often seen as a laid back and lazy person when he is sleeping but is sometimes actually awake but deep in thought. He is seen to have a level of charisma that allows him to talk his way out of nearly any situation and can persuade many into believing his ideas.
Background- Kisuke was born into a high rank of nobility. He grew up in nobility with his sister but despised it, and constantly snuck away from the castle into nearby cities, towns or villages. Wherever he went he was normally followed by his sister. As he grew up he learned swordsmanship. He discovered his unique ability to manipulate water at age ten when he spilled a pitcher of water only to see the water suspended instead of splashing on the ground. HE began honing this ability to the point where he could control it freely. He knew little of his because he was always traveling and was rarely home so he was left with his mother and sister. When he was fifteen he noticed his ability to transform when he began to attain superhuman strength and inexplicably growing scales. When he talked to his mother about this, she had told him that he is part of a race of people that have the ability to transform into dragons. He also said that he would be the youngest person to have attained this ability. She told him that his race of people were known as Draconians, and if he wanted more information there was a great city of Draconians known as Xyneires ( Xy-nay- rees) that had a library with books about the race’s history and abilities. During his spare time he studied medicine and its practices. By age seventeen his knowledge of medicine confounded even the eldest elven physicians who were believed to be the best. When he was eighteen he mother became ill and no one could figure out what the illness was. A few days later she was dead, and he was left with his 6 year old little sister. He soon left the castle with his sister to travel and explore the world. They traveled for 5 years and they had reached small town of Draconians called Zeinaeron. He had a friend of the family take his little sister in and raise her. He left a month alter leaving his sister behind and finally reached Xyneires. Under the instructions left by his mother he went to the library and began his research and studying of his race. He finished memorizing all the books after 63 years. He read that his race has possesses longevity, explaining why he hadn’t aged in 60 years. During his stay in Xyneires he crafted his two katana and various other knives and weapons. His katana however were forged out of an indestructible metal and is immune to wear and tear. His swords also can slice through anything easily and can be used to channel his powers. After 10 more years he left Xyneires to travel the world. For the past 153 years he has traveled searching for questions involving his mother’s illness. He also got reunited with his sister and began traveling together again. He was looking for a cure to his other’s illness to make sure no one else would succumb to it.
