Description-

Race: Human
Height: about... 5'9-5'11
He has pale skin, since most of the time you'll find him in the library. He has deep brown eyes, black hair, and wears long white robes lined with gold. You cant see it, but his hair is somewhat longer; his hair in a small ponytail at the back.

Weapons/Abilities-
Weapons and Armor
He wears long white robes (like I said before), usually light, yet durable. He carries his father's staff, the previous Great Sage who was able to conquer all 6 elements. They say his staff was blessed by the Lord of the Angels.
Magic, Spirit and Attributes
Like Theo, his spirit contains old magic, which is far stronger than any other regular person in Revalon. He has lots of mana, which means he uses lots of spells. His mana slowly regenerates constantly, so when he uses little mana, it hardly affects him. Most of his spells are either supportive or healing (although he does have a few offensive spells). He can intertwine any other basic element into a holy spell, except for dark magic, which he doesnt use much. If he runs out of mana, he can always use his martial arts. Not very strong, but he can sometimes be quite fast and effective. When he uses his staff, he becomes significantly slower than without it. He is not that physically strong, so he has a weak endurance (which means he tires out easily) and strong offenses always get the best of him. Without magic, he becomes even more vulnerable to physical attacks.

Personality- As a priest, you can say Joshua works like a therapist. Your pain is his pain. You can express your thoughts of anger, disappointment, confusion, anything that is troubling you and he will help you relieve yourself of such troublesome thoughts. Confessions are always usual to him too. He is very mannerly and polite (most of the time) and stands for righteous morals and will usually enforce them when he finds a serious problem. One minute he can be compassionate, the next thing you know you find yourself being scolded by him. When it comes down to teaching, he can be verrrryyyyyy strict. He likes to be organized and go according to plan.
He is quite intelligent for one of his age, some may even call him a genius. He can gather information from books in a heartbeat and can tell you almost anything from any subject. You'll often find him in the library reading books, thus he doesn't enjoy physical labor as much. Although, when it comes to his knowledge, he occasionally lectures or shows off his brightness without knowing himself (he doesnt mean to rub it in your face though).
When it comes to his friends, he is always warm and friendly, which usually doesnt apply to strangers or acquaintances. He is extremely caring, sometimes overreacts with their own welfare, with Theo especially.
You'll find him absolutely irritated by people who don't know things (especially the ones that pretend that they do know), people who don't exactly follow the rules, and others who are immoral.
He likes to play the harp, which he can play extraordinarily well. He usually plays it with Theo's flute or Maira's violin.
Oh and yes... hes married... to Maira.

Background- (this ties in with Theo's background too... so i might copy and paste some stuff...)
Thousands of years ago, before the arrival of the messengers, young Theo and Joshua was cast out into the world called earth along with Joshua's mother to prevent Deonma from ever reaching them. So foretold that these two messengers would come back to awaken the heir of Rokion to save the world from everlasting darkness and despair. During these years on Earth, they had lived, miraculously adapting to life there. Even though they were safe, their own magic slowly seeped away, and eventually the magic of their spirits died, subdued by the emptiness of the new world.Theo’s strength went disappeared, and Joshua’s faith was no longer present…
For 7 years, they had to endure a place where they did not belong. People seemed to shun them for some reason. All they had was each other.
Theo as a young child kept being bullied by the older kids. Every single day, you'll find a new bruise or cut on him, which led to Joshua's overprotectiveness toward him. Joshua himself found a better route than Theo. He became a prodigy in his school, and by the age of 14, he graduated college. By 16, he became a teacher and was able to teach anything you wanted him to. Although a great feat by someone of his age, it still left him feeling empty...
On one particular day, the winds of fate change for them. Slowly, their old selves began to appear once again. They were teleported back to the world of Revalon that was thousands of years after they had left it. From that point on, they were trained for their journey to revive the heir of Rokion, who was sealed in stone in a chamber in Arendal castle.
In only 2 years time, Theo advanced from a page to a squire, and Joshua only 1 year from an acolyte to a priest (which both usually takes a person 10 years). 3 years after they had appeared, both of them, along with Maira and Seran, went on their journey to gather the 6 orbs to restore the heir. They traveled all over Revalon, finding new allies as well as enemies.

Only after Theo was dubbed the heir by his dying father was then the confusion cleared of the crumbling of the heir’s own body, which was only an image for the hope of the people and kept Deonma at bay.
When they arrived back at Arendal, Theo drew the sword, Excallion, from the pedestal. The time was now. The sky had turned blood red, and the army’s forces gathered from everywhere. Elves, dwarves, Eltarians, demons, angels, and so many more creatures came to oppose Deonma’s rule. Deonma’s army had already mobilized as well. The Great War of the World was approaching…

The guardians had already restored the land to what it once was. Deonma was banished to oblivion. The former kingdom of Kyran was brought out of the darkness and is once again the capital of Revalon.

Many had lost their lives fighting, and so a day of mourning was made immediately. Seran’s body was laid on a coffin, filled with roses for his departed soul. They let him float out into the ocean, along with the many candles that floated along with him to help the departed spirits reach heaven. All of the holy ones sang hymns in their honor and to let them rest in peace.

Joshua was crowned the title of High Priest (bishop... whatever you find suitable). He himself placed the title of King onto Theo's head. The whole world respected and praised them both. No one was in fear to travel the world. Even the half races were able to come into Kyran freely as they wished.
It is prophesized that Theo would rule for about 700 years*, along with Joshua and Maira of course.

*Theo and Josuha come from thousands of years before his current time. Deonma drained a lot of energy from the land, making everything weaker, so the usual life span for a human is a lot shorter than before. Maira’s life span was increased from a blessing.
